Q- How much is shipping? 
A- We offer free Worldwide shipping on all orders over $75.00 before applicable taxes.

Q- How long does shipping takes?
A- CND & US orders take between 8-16 business days to arrive at their destination. Some products with high demand can take up to 20 business days.
International delivery usually takes between 10 – 15 business days. 

Q- Where is my order?
A- We know how exciting it is to wait for something special, for both you and your pet. 🐾

Most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks of purchase. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and the item ordered, but rest assured, every package is sent with care and we're here if you need us.

Q- Where is my tracking number?
A: Your tracking number will be sent to you by email within 2–3 business days of placing your order, so keep an eye on your inbox (and your spam folder, just in case). 🐾

If you haven't received it within 5 business days, or if you've misplaced it, simply reach out to us at [info@tinytailco.com](mailto:info@tinytailco.com) with your full name and mailing address and we'll get that sorted for you right away.

Q- Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
A- To ensure your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible, orders begin processing immediately after they are placed. For this reason, we are unable to make changes, modify shipping details, add or remove items, or cancel orders once they have been submitted.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our support team and we'll be happy to assist where possible.

Q - What is your return policy?
A: Items are returnable up to 30 days after purchase if they meet the criteria noted in our Refund and Return Policy.

Q - Who do I contact if there's something wrong with my order?
A: If there's a problem with a purchase, let us know right away! Describe the issue and send a video showing your defective product to info@tinytailco.com within 7 days of receiving your item.
